SSI Freediving Level 2 aims to make you an autonomous freediver. In order to achieve this, you will continue exploring the physics of freediving, refine your equalization technique, and teach you how to ensure the safety of your buddy during his/her dives, to allow you to dive without a certified instructor (but always with a buddy!).
The most exciting part of this course obviously happens in the water. You will discover a specific technique to use past 12-15m to make use of the negative buoyancy and save loads of energy and oxygen, making your dives much more relaxed and efficient. This technique is called the freefall.

After booking, you will receive an email link to either register with SSI or to affiliate to our school, if you already have an SSI account. Once registered/affiliated, we will order your online theory, which will become accessible to you through your account. We ask that you go through the theory before your course.
