The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to perform and teach advanced freediving techniques – such as mouthfill and exhale diving – both in the classroom and in the open water.

Although the schedule incorporates time to instruct teaching mouthfill in a clear and efficient way, explaining FRC to students, etc… the candidate should already possess an extensive knowledge of all freediving related topics, like freediving physiology and psychology, which are taught in the Level 3 course. If you aren’t confident that your knowledge is good enough to go through this upgrade, contact us and we will create a plan to ensure that you are adequately prepared.
